Muses and Mentors Exhibition 2007

In November, our inaugural teachers art exhibition, Muses and Mentors opened.  This exhibition gathered a collection of works from 50 teachers from different member schools with works encompassing a huge variety of media, theme and style.  With one of the main purposes of the exhibition being to highlight the professionalism and dedication of staff within the sector, the enthusiasm of our viewing audiences certainly showed both an appreciation and awareness of this.  The exhibition was officially opened on the 14th of November by Professor Field Rickards, Dean of Education at University of Melbourne.  Once again Shell House and Table Matters proved to be gracious hosts to this exhibition which ran till January, 2008.

Please visit our Online Community Art Gallery to view the pieces.
